Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the hygiene seal is intact where applicable.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid return label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
